Myanmar Metals Limited is an ASX listed mining and exploration company with a 51% majority participating interest in the world-class Bawdwin silver-lead-zinc project. The Company is also building an exciting portfolio of precious and base metals exploration projects in Myanmar. Our vision is to become a leading regional producer of precious and base metals.

Directors

John Lamb

John is an experienced executive with a career spanning more than 30 years across Australia and Southeast Asia operating in the resources, property, forestry, transport and civil construction sectors; and in both the listed and unlisted environments.

He was previously the General Manager of the Rosebery Polymetallic Mine in Tasmania (owned by MMG) and the Century Zinc Mine (previously owned by MMG) in Queensland.

John has an MBA, is a qualified surveyor, a Chartered Professional Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and an Order of Merit Graduate of the AICD Company Directors course.

Rowan Caren

Rowan is a Chartered Accountant and graduated with a B.Com from the University of Western Australia. He has extensive experience in Myanmar through his past involvement with Cornerstone Resources (Myanmar) Ltd.

Rowan has over 20 years of experience in the minerals exploration industry and has provided financial and corporate services to several listed and unlisted companies involved in the resources sector.

Jeffrey Moore

Jeff is a geologist with extensive technical, managerial and project finance experience in exploration and mining for publicly listed companies throughout Australia, Central and South America, Africa and Asia.

He has held previous directorships and chief executive roles with significant companies including Allied Gold Limited from 2004 to 2008 and Abra Mining Limited from 2006 to 2011.

Jeff is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a member of the Geological Society of Australia.

Paul Arndt

Paul is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Perilya, who brings a wide range of skills and qualities including a wealth of mining experience and skills in the areas of strategy, commercialisation, people and project management.

He has formerly held senior general management positions with Newcrest Mining Limited at their Telfer operation in Western Australia, Pasminco Limited's Cockle Creek smelter in Boolaroo (NSW), and MIM Holdings Limited's Britannia zinc and lead operation in Avonmouth (UK).

Andrew Teo

Andrew’s career spans nearly forty years with extensive and diversified experience in accounting, treasury, corporate, legal and business administration across several industries, including the mining industry.

He was, until his retirement in March 2018, Chief Financial Officer / Executive Director of BGC (Australia) Pty Ltd, one of Australia’s largest privately owned companies, with annual turnover in excess of $2 billion and 7,000 plus staff (including sub-contractors).

Andrew worked for BGC for more than 35 years and remains a Non-Executive Director of BGC. He is also the Chairman of ASX listed Medusa Mining Limited (ASX: MML).
